Shipped my Porsche 911 from Boston, MA to Atlanta, GA in a enclosed carrier. Although the vehicle was picked up a little later than originally promised , I got it in 3 days in the same condition as it was in Boston. Was very happy with the overall service.
I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience the transportation representative shared with me while I decided to to ship coast to coast. The drivers communicated with me directly while in route and coordinated an early delivery on a holiday weekend. Great care was given to my shipment allowing it to arrive in perfect condition May 2010 Florida Transport for Stuart: I purchased a MB S550 from Florida and need it shipped. Erine from High End Transport Inc explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable about shipping. He quoted me the price and was right on point with the pickup date. He was great throughout the entire process!!!! Always took my phone calls and answered all questions. Anyone reading this review you can feel comfortable using High End Transport Inc for your transport needs. I was very happy with my results and would use them again. In addition, I would recommend them to my friends!!!

It is not rare at all to have trucking companies tell you what they are going to do and when they are going to do it. What is “RARE” is when it happens exactly the way they said it would. HET fulfilled every promise they made to us . . . down to the very smallest detail . . . . “AND” they informed me every step of the way. All I can say is HighEndTransport is high on customer satisfaction and “high” on my good good list.
The entire experience was A++.The dispatch communicated with me via voice and e-mail through entire process, gave me 3 days, 8 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes heads up on arrival.The vehicle arrived in perfect shape.The delivery guys were very efficient.Absolutely use the server again for all my transport needs.
It was super fast and easy. They were able to pick up the car on a short notice and delivered just a few days later. The was no hassle whats so every with the entire process. I would use them again in a heart beat!
Gary (the driver) picked up my car from San Diego on Friday and delivered it to my newly moved location (MO) on Sunday. He was fast and friendly. Also, Ernie was cool enough to keep me on track and update on what was going on even at late night. They made moving my car extremely easy and will definitely do business again with them.
I had called many places to have my car transported to Rhode Island. Once I called High End Transport I was greeted with both professional and honest people. I worked with Krissie and she was wonderful. She was always there to answer my questions in a caring and professional manner. I was also was impressed with the driver who transported my car. He took care of the car as if it was his own. He was always available when I called to check on the status of the car. When it was received on the other end my Mother and Son were just as impressed. There was nothing done to the car other than getting dirty which any car would on a 10 hour drive. I would highly recommended this company and would use their services again without hesitation. Thank you so much for making a nervous ordeal turn into a relaxing experience.
Good service started with Krissie Parks in customer service and continued through pick up and delivery. We ordered and paid for an open trailer but had enclosed from Texas to CA. The return was punctual with the delivery in 3 days. High End Transport worked with our pick up dates and times to maximize usage of the vehicles.
I used another auto transport broker out of CA before for my personal vehicle and it was a disaster…so I dreaded having to go through this again to get a company car (much more important/valuable than my own!) delivered to our office. However, High End Transport was great from start to finish. The price didn’t go up from the quote, they stayed in touch through the entire process, and if I called with a question they actually answered it. No ‘let me take a message and have someone call you back someday’ from this group. It was lovely. The driver/carrier that Ernie set us up with must be part magician because the car arrived without a scratch even though it was fit in a smaller (3-car?) enclosed carrier. It arrived early and the driver stayed in touch as he got closer by cell phone. Unheard of. And HET actually gave ME the driver’s cell phone number! I would definitely trust these folks again if vehicle shipping needs cropped up.
