Ernie at High End Transport was great to deal with. I had initial concerns about doing this move over the internet, but Ernie word was as good as meeting him in person. I would use Ernie and High End Transport again.
Arizona Cadillac transport
Ernie from High End was the first company to contact us about this transport and we were comfortable with him explaining about transporting this vehicle, as we had never done this before. He stayed with us as the vehicle was in the process of having some repairs done and we had to wait for those repairs to be finished first before we could have it transported. We were kept in contact as it moved across country. Yes, we would use High End if the occasion arose again.
Missouri Transport
I was in a pinch to find someone to deliver a F150 long bed truck I had bought on Ebay from California to Missouri. I went on the internet and looked up several places and received qoutes though e-mail. Lots of the places had hidden fees and the cost was over a thousand dollars. One qoute that stood out in my e-mail was High End. I went to their website and saw that they were legit. I called High End and spoke with Ernie Diaz. He was very helpful. I had never done this before and he explained and researched how much it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees, he even negotiatiated the fees. He said it would be possibly seven days. The guy in California was really wanting to get rid of the truck. It was difficult communicating with guy in California. Diaz even stepped in and helped dealt with him since I was having trouble. I ended up getting the truck in five days instead of seven. The quote I received from Diaz was the same I was billed for. It was a good experience I thank Diaz for walking me through and helping out getting my to me.
Lamborghini Transport
High End Transport picked up my Lamborghini from a customizing shop in Michigan and delivered it to Florida. They had to deal directly with the customizing shop to coordinate pick-up as I was out of the country at that time. There were no issues and the car was delivered on time as promised.
I would definitely use High End Transport again November 2009 Texas Transport Pat: The only bad thing was the actually transporting trucker was late. It was explained that they were late becasue they got held up in Dallas at Co-part, but I had to constatnly call them. I would use High End Transport again, but I would definitely have more on-hand communication with teh trucker. Customer service was great, ask to work with Ernie Diaz, really good dude.
New York Auto Transport
I have made arrangements for clients in the past with other carriers and disastrous results. My experience with High-End Transport can be summed up in one comment; it was “High End Service”. From the quote process right on through to the driver speaking english and staying in contact throughout the entire 5 day transit time.
I would definitely use High End again and would refer them to everyone who asked!

New Jersey Auto Transport
This was our first time transporting car across the country. We were worried once the car was picked up that would we get it back. Erinie Diez was helpful, special arrangements were made with only 3 day notice. Our car was picked up on time and delivered on time. Cam of D & D transport couldn’t have been more helpful, he went the extra mile to meet our time arrangements. High-End Transport email and kept us informed of the whereabouts and delivery of our car. And checked again that it was delivered OK.

High End was professional and prompt. My car was delivered from Naples Florida to Carnegie, Pennsylvania on time and in perfect condition. I would use them again without hesitation December 2009 Florida Auto Transport: I had never done this before and was a bit nervous. The company was very upfront and the website allowed you to see info from this site and the better business bureau. That helped some. Ernie was great, responded right away and got everything taken care of very quickly. He is polite and personable and knows his job. The drivers were also very nice and kept me informed. They say door to door and they deliver door to door. I tried to make it easy for them by offering to meet them where a carrier could get in and turn around but they said they would come right to my home. The price was right and the whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a car transported. November 2009 Larry:The shipping of the MG TD parts car was the second MG I had shipped through High end Transport in the past 14 months. As to the parts car, they promptly responded to my inquires, gave me a reasonable quote ($800), kept me informed of the progress of the car’s pick-up, dealt with payment issues graciously, hired the right guys to do the actual pick-up, transporting and delivery, and did not do any damage to the car.
The other MG TD that I had earlier shipped with High End Transport also went very smoothly. That car was in really good shape, but I decided to ship it from Oregon to NYS on an open carrier because I was trying to save some money. The car came through it with absolutely no damage, so on both of these shipments I have no claim handling experiences.

From initial call to pickup went pretty fast and they were ready to pick it up before the seller had it fully wrapped-up for delivery. For me, I’m really not to concerned with how fast I get the car, rather with what happens to it during the transportation. On both occasions the actual shippers were Russians who were careful and worked hard. If I were to ship again, I think I would want to know what kind of platform the MG would be resting on. The wheel base of the MG TD is very narrow, and I could see when they took it off the truck how careful they had to be to make sure that each of the MG’s tires stayed on the wider tracks of the carrier. It’s kind of hard to describe that, but they did a good job.
CLK Transport
It had been eight years since I purchased a car, and I was very hesitant about buying a car online – sight unseen, especially when upgrading to a 2009 CLK Convertible. I was also very concerned about choosing the right shipping company for delivery of the car, especially after reading all of the reviews for most of the major ones online. It seemed that most of the companies had mixed reviews about their services and that I would not be able to trust any of them to deliver when they said they would and undamaged. With all that being said, Angel with High-End Transport held my hand every step of the way to ease my concerns and the price ($695) was very reasonable and competitive with other quotes I had received. Everything happened as he said it would, from pick-up at the dealership to delivery to my home. I was especially concerned about the condition my car would be in once delivered, and it was delivered without any damage whatsoever. This company was very professional and courteous, and the driver was as well. The icing on the cake was to have my car delivered about three days earlier than anticipated!! I would most definitely use them again and recommend this company to any and every one.
January 2009:I am pleased to say that once the driver “Roman” was assigned to deliver my car to Orlando, things began to move quickly….prompt pickup and on time delivery. I am glad that I did have a cover on my car as some Mercedes over head leaked some oil. Noe got on my paint, so all is well. The cheap car cover cost me $45.00 and was worth every penny of it. I would use these folks again…..and request that “Roman” handle the trip.
Texas Transport
I needed to ship a car I had purchased from Texas to New Mexico. The sales manager at the dealership where I purchased the car suggested High End Transport based on the very positive feedback he had received from other customers. I contacted Krissie Parks at Hight End and she provided a quote extremely fast. The amount quoted and the fast shipping time convinced me to use High End to ship the vehicle. I could’t be more happy with the outcome. The vehicle was picked up within one day and arrived in New Mexico the next. The transport driver was VERY helpful and delived the car to my driveway. I would HIGHLT recommend this company.
Kansas Transport
After reading a lot of reviews on this site, I was very concerned that my transport was going to be a nightmare story I would remember forever. Ernie at HET was not the cheapest quote, but his demeanor and non-pushy approach is what sold me on that company. (I received more that a dozen quotes, and many phone calls) My pick up and delivery estimates were spot on, I will absolutely use HET the next time I need to transport one of my vehicles.
