I was very impressed with the entire process of my dealing with High End Transport. They were prompt in responding to my email for a quote for services, to the pickup and delivery of my vehicle to New Jersey. How unbelieveable is it that I telephoned Ernie to tell him that the car was ready for pickup, that I received a call back from him telling me that the car was going to picked up by a driver in the same day. I know that is not very common to have happen since they need at least 48 to 72 hours for pickup but, we were estatic that it worked out this way for us. High End Transport picked up the car on a Monday afternoon and was delivering the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. I would recommend ANYONE wanting a reliable, courteous and honest transporter that they select High End Transport. One last thought here! When I requested a quote for service I had selected an open carrier but, they sent an enclosed carrier!! We were very pleased to see that and were not charged any additional money. This is how companies over deliver to their clients!!! Thank you High End Transport!!!!!

I asked for a estimate from High End Transport and they were not the cheapest but were more on the upper middle. I had my classic and rare 1966 VW double cab truck transported from California to Mt. Dora Fl. It took about 2 weeks total time. It took a few days for pick up and the driver had a problem on the road, but contacted me and told me he was runniing a day late. I did not mind because he always was in contact and allowed me to call him and never minded. From the beginning High End supplyed me with the drivers personal phone number. My VW arrived clean and un damaged. I would recommend them for any of your transportation needs.

My car was available Saturday at noon. I called in the day before and it was picked up in Houston on Saturday afternoon. It was then delivered to me on Monday Afternoon in northern San Diego. I transported a Maserati and Angel took great care of me and my car. I cannot believe how fast it arrived. The communication was right on and Angel took a real interest in helping me to understand the whole process and costs and benefits of the different types of transport trucks. I have used “exotic car transport” in the past and was considering using them again but the communication, the cheapy fax they sent me and they told me that my car would not be here for another week at least. So I am very happy with this service…actually I am amazed at how quickly and smoothly it went.

I recently used High End Transport to ship a 120k Maserati from Atlanta to Georgia. Angel was great to work with and always responded quickly to my emails and/or phone calls. When the original carrier he suggested did not have the insurance coverage for the vehicle I was looking for, he quickly found another truck that met my needs.

The driver emailed me several days before his arrival in LA as well as the day before to advise when he would be here. The driver showed up on time and the car arrived in great condition.

Highly recommended.

From the beginning, they were up front and set the right expectations with me about the process, pickup and and delivery dates, and continued to communicate with me and give me updates along the way. I always felt in the know. Other companies had the drivers call me to schedule and never called to let me know the status of the transport. High-end spoke to the drivers several times throughout the transport and gave me frequent updates. I was never left wondering about where my car was.

Although High-end typically transports exotic and luxury cars in enclosed carriers, i had this car shipped open carrier. However, the car was delivered in great condition and the driver was friendly and flexible.

Overall, for an industry that i would say has many lackluster companies providing services, High-end stands out like a diamond in the rough. Their price was competitive especially for a CA-to-Fl, cross-country transport.

I am gladly recommending them to others i know. High-end represents how all transport companies should handle their customers. The experience was compelling enough for me to take the time out of my day to complete this review, which i normally never do. Go High-end!

I have transported many cars over the years and learned very quickly about the level of customer service in the transport business. I have dealt with numerous transport companies both those that owned their own trucks and those that are a broker and use independent truckers. More often than not, i have run into service issues and have even been caught in between broker/driver disputers; i have had my car bumped from a scheduled delivery due to the driver picking up a more lucrative transport; and many other issues. Rarely, i find a company that delivers the service that High-End provided to me during my recent transport of a BMW M3 convertible.

We had our Range Rover Sport picked up in San Diego on a tuesday morning, only 3 days after we finalized our contract and to note there was a large convention in San Diego that weekend so getting into the city was near impossible anyways. The truck was delivered friday afternoon right to our doorstep with no problems other than needing a little car wash from the cross country trip. No damage, no missing belongings and we had a few things in the back that were completely untouched! Ernie was very easy to talk to and very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend and use High End Transport again, can’t beat 3 days cross country delivery, on time as well!

Over the past several years we have used auto transport companies that were just OK, but I would rate High-End Transport as top quality from setting up the appointment, picking up the vehicle, and delivering to us at the final destination. Our driver, Victor, did the job and made it extremely easy for us receive our car. I would not hesitate to use them again Ruth October 2009 Nebraska: Top notch outfit. Quoted a very fair price. Kept me informed of the status of my shipment. Driver was prompt and courteous. Would absolutely use them again.

My truck, though wrecked and drivable, needed to be rebuilt. Being my baby, and myself in the military, I didn’t want to wait to restore it when I got out of active duty, so I had it sent. The company was very understanding and needed only measurements of the truck as it is oversized from stock. They worked to get me early transport and kept me updated on every notice asap. The only thing I have to say is whoever the driver was they found so early, I didn’t like. I didn’t let his problems affect the review on account that he is not directly working for this company, but my truck, my baby with thousands invested, had 1.8 miles extra on the odometer (very strange for a wrecked, totaled body truck only going from trailer to trailer) and all my change, which was at least 20 bucks in quarters and dimes, was stolen out of my ashtray.

Whoever the driver was didn’t speak very good English either, and had trouble shifting his 1-ton dodge down the road. pretty easy trucks to drive. If I would have been home when he dropped it off I would have confronted him, but it was only my girlfriend at home. High End, however, is a great company and I would love to use them again. October 2009 Sandra: I used High-End Transport to ship our two cars from CA to FL. Scheduled pick-up dates were about two weeks apart and service was provided by two different carriers. Both trucks were early or on-time at both ends, with no problems. If I ever need to ship a car in the future, I will definitely call Ernie at High-End Transport.

I was very aware of many companies not being very honest. This company was one of the more affordable quotes, but their service was excellent. Ernie was very professional, honest and answered all of my questions. Ernie was not pushy, he made me feel comfortable in doing business with them. They met all of their expectations. The driver that dropped off the car was very friendly. I was so satisfied with their service. I have referred friends to their company and they have been as satisfied as I have been.
